Menaker Development has teamed up with Patti Giles to form the Development Company of Giles-Menaker LLC. Giles-Menaker LLC has developed some of Orlando’s premier luxury trophy homes in Lake Butler Sound, Isleworth, Lake Nona, and Butler Chain in Windermere, as well as in Phoenix and soon to be Scottsdale, Arizona.
Menaker Development has teamed up with Jetco Construction Inc. to become Lake Nona’s newest approved building team. Menaker-Jetco will be developing and constructing both spec and pre-sold homes in the Lake Nona Community. Jetco Construction will also be the general contractor for many of Giles-Menaker’s homes as well as all homes built by Menaker Development.
